Here is a simple but deeply effective gratitude ritual you can use to shift your energy and invite positive change.
Step 1: List Your Blessings
Write down 10 things you’re grateful for in your life. For each item, explain why you’re grateful. Read the list aloud, then say “thank you” three times, allowing yourself to truly feel the emotion of gratitude.
Step 2: Name the Challenge
Write down the difficulty you most want to resolve—the obstacle that feels like it’s holding you back right now.
Step 3: Find Gratitude Within the Challenge
List 10 things related to this difficult situation that you can still be grateful for. This step is powerful because it trains your mind to see growth within discomfort.
Step 4: Seal It with Intention
At the end of your gratitude list, write:
“Thank you, thank you. This matter is now resolved.”
